Broadband Internet & ISP Recommendations?

Pricing looked complicated initially, but it's just unfamiliar and is actually straightforward.
I'm still trying to get my head around it. Doesn't help that their site doesn't offer the ability to check if I can get all of their services in my area or not. I may give them a call to work it out instead.
