Phil Wood 108mm ISO Bottom bracket with English cups. Ideal for Miche track cranks but I have used it with happily with Sugino Grand Mighty [75] cranks ...The bearings are in great condition and spin super smooth. I have installed it but not used it three times on my trainer. I changed my plans..included in the price is the installation tool.

Price is £58 posted....or delivered to central London or Hackney this Saturday [1 March] for £55
