Yeah, have a frame like this already, All CIty Nature Boy, which I run SS, but want something less cluttered to ride fixed.

Ride brakeless, job done.

Surly Steamroller? At least I ride it gangsta-ish, because Gangstas are too small for me.

Any older fgfs frame like the previous volume cutters will look more like the gangstas.

Quick question for the Gangsta owners, where can I find something similar but that is not quite as heavy.

Been checking out the Goldsprint frames as they have similar slack/road geo as the Gangsta, clearance for tyres etc.

Any ideas?

I just dont think its that heavy, does anyone else have issues about the weight.

stripped the frame down yesterday. it's quite heavy. but I don't need a lightweight bike for what I use it.

giving mine a thorough winter clean tomorow, so will weight it then, they are quite heavy, i think it was the first thing i said when i held just the frame, but in most peoples applications for them weight's not a massive issue.

Pm Amey though, he's selling his gt ssmtb, could use an eccentric bb/hub for fixed, or change the dropouts, thinner tubing so it might be lighter?

The longer I look, the worse it gets.

The fork weight shitload, but they're not as heavy as people make them out to be, lightweight wheel and tyres make a bigger difference.

Mine was 8.8kg, similar to a Dolan Precursa.

wouldnt say the weight is/was the main issue. It was the stiffness of oversize everything with that vertically stiff og fork.
