From the look of it, she was given a sentence that follows sentencing guidelines - 6 months suspended for (I'm guessing) a first offence, for an non-serious* assault, to which she copped a guilty plea.

I'd say there's an argument for aggravation.

Those sorts of comments would leave me, if nearby, feeling more personally assaulted than just witnessing normal fisticuffs
