Was that ever resolved? I'm not going to trawl through 40 pages of TTF angst but I'd be interested to read a synopsis.

NikB won, he didn't get DQ'd and the CTT national Council resolutions on changing Regulation 14 were defeated at the AGM.

I threatened to write a mathematically rigorous Regulation 14 RFC, but at the moment it's all in headspace, and certain elements remain unresolved. It's one of those questions where we all know what a bicycle is when we see one, but defining it in a way which permits what we want to permit but bans what we want to ban without recourse to the kind of idiocy for which we rightly berate the UCI is quite difficult.
