It's not bullying it's heckling, he did something a little daft and is having the piss taken about what he did in what is hopefully an amusing way to himself and others, it's not like they are personal attacks based on him. Tags are private to most at the moment but unlike PMs they are not actually private. I have been busy with the tagging but have no qualms about them not being private, it's all meant in jest and is nothing I wouldn't write as a comment if it didn't work better as a tag.
