Milk order

Does ready for march mean, the order could be sent at the beginning if march or does it mean some point by the end of march?

(Wondering if I need to budget for this from feb wages or march)

You should be able to order in two weeks (around 10 march). I say should because i cannot give guarantee but it's the rough idea.
