Milk order

About the availability:

-The new stock of Scoop (simple and ninja) should be ready for March.
-Our tough shaft will remain for an undetermined time out of stock :(
-We will have medium shaft (1.0mm) soon.

Does ready for march mean, the order could be sent at the beginning if march or does it mean some point by the end of march?

(Wondering if I need to budget for this from feb wages or march)
