Have you got a route plan at all gaz? This looks like the kind of cycling holiday I could persuade the gf onto.. (flat, nice weather, quiet)
You don't particularly need a detailed plan in the Netherlands as they keep you on the cycle-paths so you just have to follow the signs and trust that the local teenagers haven't turned them to face the wrong way.
We did an art-history trip: Harwich > Hook of Holland > Amsterdam (Rijksmuseum, etc) > Hague (Mauritshuis) > Delft (Vermeer stuff) > Rotterdam (gabber gabber!) > Antwerp > Ghent (Lamgods) > Zeeland > Hook of Holland > Home. The Dutch and Belgians aren't as good as the French for campsites and food, but there are literally NO Hills anywhere.
