Agree about the saddle - nice washing machine though.

I like the live wrong :) for now it stays.
I am actually looking at replacing the saddle. I need to find the perfect one for me.
Thanks for the washing machine. New one the landlord put not many weeks ago. :)

I was also considering bullhorn handlebars

i am impressed you managed to get mudguards in there.
quite a transformation and history this frame has had within the forum.

The rear one was complicated to calibrate, but I didn't have to do anything particular except for the actual mount operation.
Putting a Marathon Supreme 28c meant losing valuable space for the mudguard. I wasn't sure myself there would have been enough space. For the front one I had to bend the metal that attaches the mudguard to the skewer a bit so that the mudguard would stay closer to the wheel and wouldn't touch the frame.
Nothing particular, just a few mm.The only issue for me is that the rear one doesn't continue all the way down to the bottom bracket, so that part will get dirty a lot :/
The whole purpose of mudguards was to protect the frame more than me. I'll think of something for that. -

Leveled the saddle and raised the stem for a much more comfier riding than the aggressive setup it was in when I got it.
I need a white saddle.

Saddle wise, you could do a lot worse than this:

I went for this one, waiting for it in the post. Hopefully will look nice and it's same period more or less.

The one you posted seems fine, btw.

Got the saddle, quite comfy.
What do you guys think ? -
• #64
The black seat-post jars, especially considering all the extra silver metal you've attached to the thing.
-
• #65
I know, don't have a silver one atmo :)
These people are never happy! :pActually...I might have...

I can't, Phil should close it.
I really think you should consider changing the saddle - at that 'Livewrong' nonsense surely needs to go.
