Well I picked it up today... So ratty, but with Reynolds drop outs(!).
I started playing around with the parts I already have. Firstly, the Shimano cantis won't work, but I have some Frogglegs that do work. Just. The stem on there is going, it's way too long. The guy I bought it from had a set of Origin8 Gary bars and a 90mm stem, and that seemed to be okay reach wise, so I'll think I'll do that. Apparently the On One Midge bars don't have as much length in the drop, which might be an issue. Put the cranks up against the frame. Not sure what I'm going to do because the crank arms will hit the stays unless I get a pretty wide BB. I'm only running a single chainring, so I need to get a kind of decent chainline.
Things I need to buy:
New wider cartridge BB. Or new cranks.
New 26.6mm seat post
90mm stem
