i know we're not really doing fixture deadlines anymore, but when is the deadline for the last fixture?

Whoa! We are too doing deadlines! If anyone has played past a deadline, is has been because they asked for an extension. Each team has been allowed **one **extension, provided they fix the date before the end of the deadline.

However, I did fail to get the fourth fixture release schedule up by the end of the third window, which was last Friday 14 Nov. Apologies for that.

The fourth and final fixture release window has now been released, with dates of 21 Feb - 21 March.

The deadline is real, and if your team has already used its one extension, or if you don't let me know and miss the deadline, then you are subject to a forfeit and loss of any points associated with any games played late!

Haymakers v Crowbangers

14-3.

This was a fun game to watch. Going into the third chukker it really could've gone any way.

First chukker, both teams played fairly cautiously and the game was tight, ending up 3-1.

Second chukker was also close. It got a bit physical. There was some grumbling that I should have made more calls against hacking and some wild elbows, but the rough play was mutual and everyone was playing fast at 110%, so I kept the calls minimal. There were a few wanton hacks I should've called. Haymakers only got 2 goals and 'Bangers 1, but Cam had an OG. 'Bangers had a lot of shots on goal but Haymakers were keeping 'em all out. Ends up 6-2.

Third chukker, it seemed that Haymakers came out confident and 'Bangers a bit flustered. Other than a few instances, this game was less physical than the second. Josh and Jono burst aflame with a barrage of goals and Boatman Tim put in a few sweet ones too. Final score: 14-3.

Sorry don't have any more details on when the goals were scored, this was a super fun game to play and a great way to finish our League V campaign. 6 Feet Under played nice and clean and were all about playing the ball rather than the man/keeper, we were always going to get beaten by them but it was a great game to lose.

Big shout outs to Woody, Jamie and Aidan for a season of fun games.
