What are those ramps for? I can only assume wheelchairs, but I can't see anyone being pushed up or down them while in the chair, let alone pushing themselves up/down. Maybe for pushing a bike up, but that wouldn't need two and the one next to the wall would be no good for bar/wall clearance. Maybe pushing an empty wheelchair, but what does the chair's occupant do?
The more I look at it, the more baffled I am.
