Tourney: Newmarket, lads on tour...nament june 14/15th

I'm now 99% sure that the council will allow the first ever Newmarket tournament. I just need some help with the most suitable weekend to hold it and also to gauge level of interest. Also, any input into what kind of tournament people would like would be greatly appreciated.
The area is huge. With potential for a number of courts. So, would people like a large tournament on two courts, or a single court standard tournament with a pickup/backup court.
In the effort to keep this tournament fun, there is likely to be permission for a court side campsite and also the entry fee may include entrance to a local steezy nightclub :O.

Date set as June 7/8. Potentially Friday 6th too.

With two courts, they're looking around 35m x 20m and they're is room for another court this size but I need to check the surface before I confirm. There are also 2 other areas where a smaller court could be built. It would be too small for the tournament but alright as a throw in court.

Sounds good. All team names should be some kind of Tum joke or pun.

I can think of at least 4 polo players who'd be annoyed by clashing with this.

I can't do that weekend either thinking about it, not because of the Gravel Dash, although I'm annoyed I'm going to be missing that!

Can you not fit 2 x 40x20 courts in the space? That's all you'd need.

There's one caged off area which is 50 x 36. I was thinking of using the existing cage for as many Walls as I can. I'd like to keep the courts together for a better atmosphere and also save on timber costs. I could make two courts 40x20 but one would be inside the cage and one outside on some Tarmac that I haven't had the chance to check for polo suitability, they wouldn't be far apart, but it'd cost me 4x as much and mean that spectators would be split. I'd rather keep the crowd together at the cost of 4m and then I could build a cheap low boarded court for people who fancy a throw in. I'll know more once I get access to the site

This is the site. The painted courts are the caged area. All the other area I'm pretty sure are smooth too, but not 100%
