Proper selvedge jeans

Missed the Interstate closing posts - went there yesterday and was slightly surprised o find an empty shop. Like others I've been going there for years. I've never really bothered with anyone else.

Can anyone recommend some decent places that are central that'll have something like Interstate's stock?

Got some ed55 rainbow selvage from edwin a few weeks ago. Love them and a not bad price at 90 bucks either. Also got black selvage too from edwin and they were only 45 buck!

Has anyone got a pair of Naked and famous? Im looking for a new pair of slim/skinny jeans and their cuts look pretty nice, price is fairly resonable too. Are they worth a shot or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new pair of Skull 5010s instead?

I do. I have the weird guy fit.

They were too wide for me and when washed the colour just left them massively but they are a better fit now width wise but on the short side due to shrink.

I caught up with the Interstate guys in January - it wasn't so much that business was terrible as it was just that they'd had enough and decided to call it a day. A real shame to see them go, I'd been shopping with them for over 15 years and they'll be missed. Admittedly mostly as finding 28/34 selvedge is a proper pain in the arse and they always had Nashville's in that size in stock!

I'm working in Whoreditch today and tomorrow so gonna pop into the Edwin store... Fingers crossed they've got some cheapo black denims in the sale...

No black selvage on sale, lots of regular black skinnies and blue denim tho'...

The current season black selvage is lovely, really nice type-III selvage jacket but a bit steep at £160... Gorgeous soft but still quite stiff denim...

These pop up all the time. If you're lucky there's a uk seller that knocks them out out well cheap.

Wow. The Edwin stuff looks proper good! Do they have in store what they have on the online store too? Under £35 for some denim stuff is amazing!
