Weight / Fat loss

The will power to keep your legs in constant pain and suffer for 24 hrs. But not enougth to resist opening that next ale and Mars bar?
In a far less epic manner. I totally get that.

I like pain and I like food. I don't eat Mars Bars and I skipped beers last night so I guess I have some will power but put me in the middle of a beer festival or offer me a hotel buffet and all bets are off.
