Weight / Fat loss

Does someone have some spare self-control they could loan me? Or perhaps a hit of moderation? I'd even consider a half-full bottle of will power.

The will power to keep your legs in constant pain and suffer for 24 hrs. But not enougth to resist opening that next ale and Mars bar?
