Sorry if this was already asked. I was't able to find such topic.
I'm converting an old Favorit Special road bike to SS. Took it to be sandblasted yesterday and planing to powder coat it after. Before powder coating I have to decide if I should cut all gear related paraphernalia to get a "cleaner" look. The frame isn't valuable therefore I'm thinking that I should cut those gear cable retainers. If I remember right there only 2 pieces to cut. But since there's no way back I thought I'll ask for other opinions.
