Planning on going for a ride in Scotland in early May but have no idea what routes to go. The idea is to start in Dundee, riding one way and getting a train the other. We have about 3 or 4 days for the cycling bit.
Though about doing Dundee to Inverness and getting a train back but don't know which route is best, via the coast or through Cairngorms National Park.
Wondering if anyone has experience of nice scenic routes. Open to any other suggestions but kind of has to start or end in Dundee. We have the 'gears and freewheel' type bikes so hills are not a problem.
