    As I suggested above, she should hit the "refund" button NOW: if a "we're refunding the money" e-mail from Paypal doesn't make him pull his finger out, then the sooner she gets her money back, the better.

    It's not final and absolute, so there is nothing to stop the deal completing; but the sooner the wheels are set in motion, the sooner she will have either her bike or her money.
