Just got this reply from the Peckham track if anyone wants info for the novice BMX session on Sunday.

I rode this track a couple of months ago (first time on a BMX) and cannot put into words how much fun it is :)

"We are hosting an adult BMX novice session this Sunday 26th Jan 9.30am to 1pm, cost will be at £12 per person including bike and helmet hire.

Once you passed the test at the end of the novice session, you will be able to go on any of the rock up and ride session with no booking and cost, just simply turn up and ride & enjoy! :)

If you are interested to book in for this Sunday, please kindly provide us with the rider’s full name/age/gender (age and gender just for our coach’ info so they know who are they expecting) and we payment by Friday 4pm over the phone via credit or debit card.

Looks like Ladies Army is moving to late June, potentially around the Euros. I'll keep you updated as soon as I know more

Hi ladies!

So I went to the BMX track today and had a chat with Alastair about the whole thing. Basically they are more than happy to rent out the track on a Sunday afternoon (after 1 pm). The cost is £35/hour for track rental and £25/hour for a certified coach, then £3/pp for bike+helmet+glove rental.

There's a maximum of 16 people per coach. I know a few non-polo ladies that are totally up for this, so basically it's a numbers game. If we get 12+ ladies to commit then we're looking at £13/each for a 2hr session, on a Sunday afternoon, then we could consider pub action after if people are up for it? There are a few decent pubs around that do a nice sunday lunch, we could make a day of it?

I'd like to put forward 2 dates just to see if there is any interest:
