Yeah I can't believe how much prices have skyrocketed in the last few months. Wish I'd been in a position to buy last year, sadly I wasn't.
Got outbid on a flat in Nunhead on Monday. I went in a little over the asking price but it went for "significantly" over. Agent won't tell me how much over until the sale completes.
