My quest for the perfect pizza continues...
Bases perfected, live yeast, 24 hour proving, secret ingredient, made crispy on the outside yet still chewy perfection.
Next up, sourcing decent mozzarella... not keen on spending 5 quid on a ball. Obv the Supermarkets are crap, my local Turkish is ok.. but where is the beautiful creamy white mozzarella?
Last nights... Caramelised red onions, walnuts and blue cheese...
