Weighing up some options for getting my pals bike running again. Might want to get rid of all the campagnoloness for ease of finding cheap replacements for stuff and to be compatible with othe stuff I've already got. Also condsidering going 1x9 speed as I have a few of the bits I need for that and it would make his bike a bit more versatile. So...

Let me know what you have and how much for any of the below bits:

Cheap single speed rear wheel + freewheel
or cheap 9 speed shimano compatible freehub rear wheel.

Cheap square taper cranks/chainset (don't need BB), 3/32 38-46t

cheap rear derailleur shimano, 9 speed.

IRO Mark V F+ F for sale, 56cm c-t and tt. Great frame, really sturdy and strong, rides really nicely, perfect stealthy fixed beater/rat. Lots of info about these bikes online, lovely teardrop shaped tubes for extra stiffness and aeroz or something.

Good condition headset included, can include a beater seatpost and a random bontrager saddle if anyone wants.

There is a big ole dent in the top tube, but its not caused be any problems and due to the thick steel and teardrop tubes it really doesn't matter structurally, i've ragged this thing around for over a year with no issues at all.

Pic below of it built up, the white IRO decals have been covered in black leccy tape which can be removed if you want to show them off.

A few bits and pieces for sale... the majority of this stuff (marked with a *) was donated by Salman and any money made is being put to MHBP towards buying new balls and stuff like that. If it's pictured but not listed it's already sold

2x Halo Twin Rail 700x38c (measures closer to 40c), good condition with a couple of nicks here and there, one tyre has a deeper cut but seems fine while riding - £15 for the pair

Halo Twin Rail Courier Berlin 700x29c, used for under 100 miles, good condition, couple of small nicks but these things are supposed to be bombproof - £10

2x Schwalbe Land Cruiser 700x35c (no photo yet) - slight use but still in good condition - £10* for the pair

Crank Bros Mallet 2 pedals - Bit dirty, no play in axle, seem mechanically fine - £25*

Crank Bros Eggbeaters - slight play in one axle and a bit scuffed, probably worth giving a quick service, seems fine otherwise - £20*

Crank Bros Cleats + fittings - Unused - £10* (or £6 if you buy with pedals)

Genetic Double strap cages - Unused - £3*

Black Flag pedal straps - 1 pairs, made by a guy in London, unused - £4* a pair
