For Sale: OT - Nikon clearout

I have ummed and ahhed about my photography too long. All this pro Nikon gear is overkill for me. As much as I wanted to convince myself otherwise when I bought all of this stuff, my writing is better than my photography and only one of them pays the bills.

I'd much rather pickup around London Fields or Farringdon. PM me in any case.

SOLD D700 - £1000 (7100 shutter actuations, mint condition, box, spare batteries, and the screw-in magnified viewfinder lens that costs silly money for a small bit of glass, Really sad to let the camera go as it’s a beauty, but I want it to go to a good home rather than collect dust). SOLD
D300s £500 (Also mint condition - only 8400 actuations. Box etc).
SOLD D80 - Good condition, but old tech. Only 8708 actuations. - £100 SOLD
Tokina 12-24mm DX (first version) - £200 (mint, hood, Kenko/Tokina slim UV filter)
Nikon 17-55 f2.8 DX - £450 (v good, hood, sharp cut Canon haze filter )

Nikon 35mm F1.4G - £1000 (mint, hood, box, slim Hoya UV filter)

Nikon 70-210mm F4-5.6 - £70 (very good)
Nikon 28-100mm - £35 (v good)
Nikon 28mm AF (not D) - £80 (decent, old tech so a bit noisy)
SOLD Nikon 35mm F2 AF-D (Brand new when I bought, but has a hairline crack in the plastic lens casing thanks to an icy tumble - still, no focus problems at all. Includes bonus clip-on hood (not original Nikon one).) - £100 SOLD

I’m open to offers, but within reason - there is always Ebay. Which is where I’ll post all of this up if it isn’t going by mid February…

Paypal seems safest on both sides. No gifting. For the lower priced items cash can work, but for the others having a bit of a failsafe seems prudent. Again, PM me to sort out details.

Potential dibs on the D80. What does it come with please? Number of actuations? Any noticeable damage?

RobRead - no damage to the D80, it's in good condition. Has battery, strap, body cap. I will look and see if I have the box somewhere. I'll let you know actuations once I've charged the battery...

RobRead - D80 shutter count is 8708. I had thought it would be higher, but apparently not.

Okay - price cuts before I go to Ebay.

D700 and the 35mm F1.4 - each £925.
D300 - £425.
50mm F1.4 - £200.

They're all reasonably priced, I'm now basically giving a bit of a discount off what I could get on the 'bay - if there's no interest in a week I'll close the thread and parcel it all up for the auction house.

Re postage - I can be amenable, but only if you can bear in mind I can only get to the post office about once a week. My weekday work is a bit brutal.

Again, cash works for cheaper stuff, otherwise paypal gift and I'll absorb the charges.

Right, I'll be taking this down at the end of the weekend, but in the meantime open to any reasonable offers.

is Nikon 70-210mm F4-5.6 - £70 (very good) - AF? and would it work with D3000? - I believe AF doesnt work in all the models

It's autofocus and screw drive - I believe the D3000 doesn't have screw drive, so I suspect it wouldn't work I'm afraid. I bought it to use with the D700.

The 55-200mm VR is AFS, though, so that would work with the D3000 if you're interested.
