For Sale: 16" Cannondale MTB frame, SLX / SRAM transmission, Reba Fork

A new frame has arrived, so the F5 and its running gear has to go.

Collect from Paddington with cash. Can't post any of this, sorry.

2008 16" Cannondale F5 Co2 SL frame, post and headset - £70

Nice, lightweight and quite beefy MTB frame. Good for XC and a bit beyond if you aren't too porky. 26" wheels with clearance for 2.4". No dents / cracks but paint is quite ratty around the chainstays. FSA / Cane Creek headset for tapered forks. Seatpost is a stupid light WTB 350mm 31.6mm.

Fits 5.4" to 5"8 - I have a 32" inseam and it worked just fine as a chuckable, fun bike. Taiwanese welded so will probably last forever.

Shimano 9 speed SLX / XT group with SRAM GXP cranks. £80** SOLD

All in good mechanical order except the front brake which has a damaged piston seal.

Cassette, chain, jockey wheels and chainrings have wear - basically run them until they start slipping then replace the lot.

You'll need a replacement caliper for the front - suggest watching ebay for them as the new version requires different hoses and pads etc.

Oversized clamp on top-pull SLX FD, XT long cage RD, tripple cranks, Eng. GXP BB, 11-34 cassette, 9 speed XT shifters, cables, outers, SLX hydraulic M665 brakes.

2011 Rockshox Reba dual air forks tapered steerer [strike]£150[/strike] £100

Lightweight XC forks for 26" wheels but happy to do a bit beyond if you aren't too porky. Converted to 120mm but can be reset to 80 or 100mm on request. Seals in good shape, holds air just fine. Lock-out and damper in tip-top shape. Nice smooth action with little stiction & no scratches on stantions. Serviced by myself. 22cm of steerer with hope head dr.
