I'd use extreme caution. Not necessarily to not sell the bike... but to absolutely make sure you have the money in a way that cannot be defaulted on or reclaimed. If you send your bike to Taiwan, you aren't going to have any consumer protection on your side or a way to get it back if the sale goes wrong.
Get an international bank deposit straight into your account or something. I really wouldn't even trust PayPal with this one, they're too quick to protect the buyer and not the seller.
