Sorry for digging up an old thread kinchy, but I wondered if your frame was still available? Looks like it would be about ~£90 to repair it properly, another £75 to get a decent powdercoat, and there are others in decent nick going for £180-£200 on here. Not really prepared to offer you much in other words, but would be happy to take on a project like this if its available.
