Just over 3 sadly, usually start much closer to the M25 and like a fool failed to account for daytime traffic! And that was at a pace which my roadie friend was relaxed at, not quite me though :P terrible, will have to admit that my now very short commute certainly hasn't maintained fitness in any way haha
