Repaints are popular, but modern wet paint seems to be shit, and powder is just not simpatico with decent vintage frames.
I doubt anyone would berate you for repainting a pretty standard-looking holdsworth, but I'd leave it, maybe touch up if you have any larger patches of missing paint.
