Extralite UltraStem 120mm long 25.4 bar clamp 1 1/8 fork clamp - £30
It's an earlier version of this model http://www.extralite.com/Products/UltraStemUL3.htm with stainless bolts, not Ti bolts, and weighs in at 108g on my (uncalibrated) scales.
