  • I have a bit of a problem regarding saddle heigh.

    I'm finding it hard to get it right lately, if I have it at what feels perfect in terms of leg extension my knees end up hurting quite quickly but when I raise it up about 0.5-1cm my knees just feel miles better but it feels like I'm slightly over extending and sometimes my heels feel a little stretched at the end of long rides.

    I've tried various saddle setbacks and pedal types/cleat angles but nothing seems to really solve it, what would you guys go for? What feels like light over extension on knee pain? I'm worried about damaging my achilles tendon so would appreciate opinions.
