Good afternoon all,
I am busy building my 1975 A-frame and after 4 attempts, have a headset which works. And, to be clear, I have not painted it - as everyone advised!!!
I have had some comments about my choice of components - SR bars, stem, seat post with Dura Ace cranks, mechs, levers, brakes, brake levers. I would be interested to hear comments from the experts here about this choice. Here are a few pics -
The Dura Ace stuff looks great but I am a little concerned it may not 'suit' the frame. My original plan was for a Suntour VX build but the DA stuff appeared and i could not resist. It is very doubtful that I will revert back to VX but I might.
Your valued opinion please.
