Or Belgian, French, Dutch etc..Continental... I've always preferred Mainland bicycles.

The stereotype generally pertains to Sardinians and Southerners. On average they may not be as tall as say the Dutch (or me) but neither are they the Munchkins us Brits tend to think they are.

Fignon, in the last 3 months I've bought a 63cm Gios Torino Super Record Frame (from Holland) and a 64cm Colnago Master Piu frame (from London, last week). I'm 6'4" tall.
They are out there. Tell me exactly what you're looking for geometry-wise and I'll keep an eye open for you.

Not seeing any good race-face Italian and Continental steel frames these days, neither on the 'bay nor here or elsewhere...
My frame-itis is flaring up again, the 61 c-c variant.
