If you still have it come March then I will definitely be interested - my finances are still in limbo right now. I will let you know as soon as I know one way or t'other.
Actually, I wouldn't mind arranging a viewing to make sure I'm not wasting our time. Thing is, my next few weekends are tied up. Midweek, however is good for me. Can you pm me and let me know your whereabouts in London you are based and what sort of time of day is good for you?
