Just put off by the idea of being taught by someone significantly younger than me. Though I'll admit it's the least important of my requirement.

I taught a bunch of old farts and they all loved me, but I am very lovable. If LDC still have a teacher in the area I'd recommend them, if not find an independent and see if you can get a free introductory hour, if you get on with them go for it, you'll spend a lot of time with them and no-one else so it's important you're comfortable with them.
