our community is used to help and look after each other. newbies come along and we offer tips and guidance then people learnt o love their hobby more. even freebies. i still admire rhb for giving my lad a couple of riding tops. if you dont want to play ball HARRY just leave us alone.

Well I am interested in going out for rides and getting to know people in the community however how can I do this whilst my account has been banned!?
-
• #5580
If you open a new account don't start doing the same shit you got banned for FFS.

DAMN! Well it's not actually Harry it's his mate, you guys are good.
Well that's not true, unless you live and sleep with each other.
-
• #5583
busted.
If you try the same selling tactics on 01FIX1 that you used on here then you'll swiftly get banned. -
• #5584
Did someone not already say that bike is for sale elsewhere? At least it's not a random fucking hybrid.

Why would "a mate" refer to himself in the third person?
Well that's not true, unless you live and sleep with each other.

Converting my mates knackered tourer to single speed for him, need the following bits:
Single speed spacer kit and sprocket for campagnolo freehub.
chainring, maybe about 42-48 teeth, depends on the sprocket above, want about 70 gear inches
chain for the above set up.
Brake levers for drop bars.
Ta.

what chain size and what chainring bcd and to what chain size will it be on. I've got a noice 46t one from velosolo for 3/32" chain and a generic 44t one for 1/8" chain. Both are black.

• #5593
I've got one of these 'rings to go:
48T, 144m BCD.
If I remember later I'll check but I think it's 3/32".

Can haz gearchart?
48:18 ftw?
16T is the smallest freewheel you'll get, 42:16 => 69.4.
If fixed...
130/135mm BCD: 39:15 => 68.8
110mm BCD: 34:13 => 69.2
104mm BCD: 32:12 => 70.6

Thanks for all the offers guys, will have a proper look when I get the chance.
135 bcd needed I think as we are going to use his campy cranks.
We are also just going to use a space kit on his old back wheels freehub so can use any size sprocket really, meaning chainring size is flexible. Although I do actually think the spacer kit comes with a 12t sprocket so might need a smaller chainring than i said further up.

get a better sprocket. cheap 12t will wear in no time.

Having a triple triangle clear out:
GT ZR2000 Frame and fork £125
58.5tt x 58.5st c-c (64 st c-t) - Too long for me
Alloy frame and carbon fork (1" threadless), just the usual scuffs a frame picks up through use
The chain set is an FSA K light carbon job with Isis BB - I will take this off unless it's wanted..Visp GT Dragon Frame and fork and seatpost £80
55tt x 56st c-c - too short for me
Half halfheartedly stripped the original paint for the non-theft look.I live not too far from Altrincham station
Newbie poster, but is the visp still forsale???
-
• #5598
Yes, GT too for that matter
-
• #5599
Hmmm... Do you know the bottom bracket height? Track legal?
-
• #5600
..... I think you'll be laughed at riding that on track. get a precursa.
Sneaky editing there
