Should I size up for a pro team jersey over a normal jersey? I am a M in normal and fits pretty well, not overly tight.

Pro Team over a normal jersey won't be very comfortable under your arms.

You mean in the same size? Im fairly slimline anyway if that helps?

I have a L standard jersey, and a XL pro-team. The L is a touch too tight, and the Pro-team feels tight in a good way. So while the fit is slightly different, and maybe smaller in areas, with the PT. I would still stick to your usual sizing. The stretch on the PT is very good.

You're attempting to out a big thing in a small thing. It's not going to be comfortable.

Does the length of the fingers differ between the large merino gloves and the extra large or is it just palm width?

I've ended up with a pair of Sky Pro Team bibs with the slightly longer leg, in a small. Do any of you skinny lanky people want to swap for normal leg length ones?

I have a LS pro team jersey in black, M I could be persuaded to part with for some cash if that's any use.

I have lost a Rapha deep winter hat somewhere in the midst of London, I realise the chances of it being discovered are pretty minimal but thought it'd be worth a shout.

Quick review;
Rapha Rain Jacket - I got the purple Paul Smith version off ebay a couple of years ago, it's a lovely winter jacket, light and warm, yesterday was the first day I'd actually used it in a really heavy downpour. Rode for about an hour in torrential rain, didn't get cold in the slightest and was bone dry underneath when I took it off. I hung it up and it was dried out within about 15 mins.
Softshel trousers - got a pair of these in the sale a year ago, these look great on, a couple of ladies in the office wanted a feel of the material and said they look saucy. Really comfortable to wear, great in icy temperatures, they can actually get a bit too hot. Yesterday was the first time I'd worn them in really heavy rain, they were looking pretty soggy externally but again they were bone dry underneath, I kept them on when I got home and they were completely dry within 15 mins.
I'd recommend both items really highly.
