He may just be very slack. Without wishing to stereotype, Italian business culture isn't always the most urgent, and I speak from first-hand experience (not with bikes or personal business, but in dealing with companies). This may or may not be the case here, and I'm not saying that it makes the time it has taken okay. Just saying that it may not be a deliberate attempt to rip you off.

Antonio has now sent the bike and supplied me with a tracking number....

But when i track it, it says its already been delivered.

No delivery card has been left and someone was in all day yesterday when it was supposedly delivered

I have tried to call Italian Poste but as you would expect its all in Italian

Left them a message but they havent got back to me

I would try the same tracking number on Parcel forces website. I know american postal companies hand stuff over to them and I doubt Italian poste will deliver it further than the border. Good luck tracking it down!

if he said 7 days he should do everything in his power to deliver in 7 days, that's what you've paid for. you may have had a big ride or cycling holiday planned. for all he knows you wouldn't have bought it with a 20 day delivery wait advertised.

at 14 days a request for a refund should have been instantly and grovellingly accepted

I'm hoping when the tracking says its been delivered, its been delivered to a UK parcel company

I dont think my Italian poste tracking code will work on any UK ones cos they use different tracking code systems

After 3 week I did ask for a refund... to which his response was to just not answer...

I've been following this for a while. This has to be worst behaviour I've seen on this site. I really hope you get your bike.
