Guys!

^ indeed point missed. Not every tattoo must be etching sailor whichever style in en vogue for 2014. It's certainly busy and not as obvious as most stuff posted in recent pages, requires you to look for more than a few seconds. I like it but it wouldn't blend well with much I have already. What are you getting done?

Quite right, let's be a bit more positive here

Any recommendations on an artist in the London(ish) area for something in an art nouveau style? I've got fashions on something based on the Glasgow style that doesn't really fit into London's tendency for everything old school.
I'm finding it challenging to commit to someone who I'm confident could do it justice - it's going to need portraiture, abstract and some fine detail skills that I've not seen in my hunts around the usual places.

itsbruce had some Charles Rennie Mackintosh inspired stuff done - circa Page 151. Can't remember the artist he used.

Kate MacKay Gill http://www.tattooworkshop.co.uk/gallery/kate-mackay-gill/
She's amazing, based in Brighton though not London. She's currently doing my sleeves.

Well, Wilco is based in Terneuzen, so he's out. Deryn, who's working on me now, is at Divine Canvas one or two days a week. Turns out she's a CRM fan from way back.
robotn1k, I think you might find this example of her work interesting. I think you're probably less interested in what she's only just gotten started on me: http://instagram.com/p/jmo052H1Hn/# The completed work in the upper left there was Wilco and the rest is largely outline with all the detail left to do. The large semi-circle on the right will be done with the same kind of detail you can see on that first link but the rest will be simpler.

my bicep has finally stopped being so swollen that it jiggles around. The elbow is still a bit fat but on the plus side the tattoo seems to be healing quicker than the swelling is going down.

Got my stomach done on Thursday, it's still quite swollen and I constantly feel sick. Other than that I am glad I managed to fill up most of my stomach in one sitting. Max Kuhn did a splendid job and I'm super fucking happy with it.

looks awesome, how did the stomach feel?
-
• #8573
Pretty shit in some areas. The lady and web felt the worst (especially in the middle where it is hollow) and around the belly button. Spider didn't feel that bad at all.

Anyone going to Brighton? I really really really really want some work from Rudy Fritsch, but my girlfriend will fucking kill me.

Sick, good job sitting through that.
I hated getting my inner bicep tattooed.
