Hi all, sorry if this is a newb question, or one that has been asked before (I did search, promise!)
On a modern threadless stem with a 4 bolt face plate (sorry if my terminology is inaccurate) it seems my stem could accommodate smaller and potentially larger handlebar sizes.
This is on a 2014 fuji track 2.1 which has a 26.0 handlebar at the moment.
I would like to use bull horns, but keep the drops for the track (so no chop n flop)
Will the stem safely take a 25.4 handlebar? (Charge slice)
Are these modern stems able to accept a variety of sizes? It looks like it should be fine with a good 1or 2mm play.
Sorry if this is obvious, but have only used quills before, and never changed handlebars!
Ps opinions of the charge slice bars? I'm not part of the hipster crew but they look cheap and cheerful!
