i was listening to that as i fell asleep last night
the first few plants brought to the uk back in the 1800's were put in hot houses and has so much care and attention paid to them they estimated the cost per pineapple was $5,000 per each

These little monkey bollocks of glory are dodgy looking on the outside, reminiscent of a poo-brown surly steamroller, but then you pop the fuckers open and the HHSB internal paint-scheme is revealed in all its fluorescent green tumescence.

Avocados are interesting too ...

Avocados are like the testicles of the bull. Brutish, masculine, yet delicate and precious- succumbing to bruising by the merest brush with adversity. Austere and purple green on the outside, a regal presence amongst fruit, its soft and mushy pale green interior, reminiscent of the aftermath of a poorly judged night out in color belies a flavor of butter sweet subtlety.

And don't get me started on the Persimmon.
The most majestic of fruits, designated the golden color of the Gods, the late evening sunset across a majestic Mediterranean landscape. Warm by color, warm by flavor. Signifying a powerful change in the seasons, yet paradoxically reminding you of glorious summer.
