Wanted: steel track frame pub bike 54ish

Im after a steel track frame with forks (preferably drilled), 54cm ish. Looking for something to beat around on so can be ratty, budget is around
£150-£200.

I've been meaning to shift a Pete Matthews track frame I've had lying around. Think it's 21 inch square. Comes with DA headset and Gipiemme Pista bottom bracket (Euro-Japanese mismatch horror). Chrome forks are drilled but there ain't much space under that bottom cup/race. Will require some fiddling I imagine. Would want £200 for it. PM if you want pics.
