Yep, it's perfect, just a few tweak to make it spot on, like braze on downtube bosses.
Elephants' use the same French low trail geometry, Thorn is based on a classic touring geometry - quite unforgiven unladen, even with the tyres at 30psi (26" 1.75).
French geometry mean that the frame won't be made as stiff as a touring bike, while the fork take the load, making it perfectly rideable unladen.
With my odd proportion, custom fit better (stack 600 reach 355).
