A mate called up to check the online statuseses were correct and was informed that they weren't reliable, and that post was the only means to be reliably confirmed (and mentioned something like security breach yadda yadda yadda)
Sounds like a bit of a fuckup, though not sure how the online status could be inaccurate, yet populated in a reasonably realistic success rate.
Basically I think there's still some mileage in making this as difficult as possiible, so they're stretching it out....
