It's what is on my home stand and is pretty easy to use, I've got a couple of the others at work, I'd say they're a bit sturdier but more awkward to adjust and easier to squish stuff, it might just be because the ones at work are old and well used. The bottom one's quick release is nice and you can still adjust the tightness easily by hand when clamped down whereas I find the top needs adjusting first then clamping or it's a bit tight so you end up doing a few trial and error clamp adjustments, although you can use a spanner to adjust a bit afterwards.
