^ i see this guy a lot around Streatham. Seems impervious to the cold, I've never seen him wearing anything that's not a boob-tube-and-mini combo, even when it's icy. I always want to introduce him to the miracle of tights and fake fur jackets during the winter months, but he's happy the way he is, I guess.
