Wow, never knew TM owns a Road bike, much unexpect. Beautiful nonetheless.

You got the original steel forks by any chance?
-
• #8
Cheers everyone for your kind words, unfortunately, one of the first thing I changed was the forks, as whoever had assembled them had done them slightly wonky, meaning no handed riding was quite difficult as they pulled to the side.
The ride with the carbon forks is lovely though.

Yeah Joe, the geo is nice, really tight at the back. handling is quick and lively, I've never had a ride I didn't enjoy, even up 20%rs ....

good to hear....it's going to a good home, and will probably end up getting pampered over quite often! (new owner runs a bike shop)
looking forward to seeing it in London
-
• #18
yo apollo, do you know if the guy who ended up getting the bike bought it to sell it in his shop? or is he using it himself?
cheers -
• #19
he's using it, it was just on display because it's nice. most of the bikes in there are for sale though
-
• #20
ah okay, does anyone know where one could get another one of these?
cheers -

I'm selling a Woodrup 853 with 7400 for the same price if you're interested. 54cm though...
-
• #22
do you have some pictures of that or a link to the listing? sorry, im kinda new to the site.

I can't PM you yet. Make 1 more post and then Pm me.
Pretty certain I need to sell this.
Full spec to follow, but basically, great riding 653 frame, Time carbon forks, near full DA 7400 8 speed, open pros, ti seatpost, will come with a different saddle, spotter bars, nitto stem...
It's approx 58cm top tube 59 seat tube.
Absolute dream to ride, done many happy miles on it. Responsive and comfortable, pretty much perfect... I'm just building something more modern and don't need 2 road bikes.
I'd be looking for around £600 collected from Leeds or + post.
Will list some more details later.
Tom
