Yup, exactly. And consider the extras too: head badge, original seatpost bolt, fantastic BB (SR Royal is the stuff of gods), nice headset. Plus perfect paint/decals. That'd all add up too.
So it's a completely ready-to-build quality frameset from a top builder. That's gotta be worth something to someone. Personally, it's not what I'm after so I won't comment on the price - best to leave all that to someone who actually has an interest I think, they're the ones who can see its true worth (unless someone is clearly being dishonest/a rip-off in which case call them out).
