Hi there! we currently in our house have an unfurnished room (contains mattress and wardrobe) up in Holloway. Due to the size of the room, we only charge 80 quid a week, not including bills, so entirely within her price range! However, I must state that we are third year students at UCL, but our house really isn't what you'd class as normal student living (much nicer). If you're still interested, I can PM some pictures and more details?
